Swastika Infra stock hits 5% upper circuit after securing ₹615.76 crore order from MSEDCL
Swastika Infra shares surged to the 5% upper circuit on Wednesday following the announcement of a major order from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL). The company informed Indian exchanges about receiving a Letter of Award (LOA) worth approximately ₹615.76 crore for the Development of Distribution Infrastructure System Strengthening works at Bhandup Zone, Maharashtra.
This order represents the largest single contract in Swastika Infra’s history, equivalent to about 1.2 times the company’s FY26 revenue of ₹504 crore. The win significantly strengthens its order book, which now stands at approximately ₹1,400 crore post the equity fund raise of around ₹130 crore from its recent IPO.
The stock opened with an upside gap at ₹209.80 on the NSE and climbed to an intraday high of ₹210.13, touching the 5% upper circuit limit. It came close to its 52-week high of ₹220.50, achieved on 1 October 2026.
Swastika Infra, an EPC player in power transmission, distribution, and renewable sectors, said the order expands its geographical footprint across nine states and reinforces its position as a multistate power infrastructure provider. Maharashtra, being one of India’s top power-consuming states, holds strategic importance for the company’s long-term growth.
The development highlights strong execution visibility and a robust pipeline, supporting sustained revenue growth and geographical expansion. No further details on timelines or execution partners were disclosed in the exchange filing.
