The company's public issue was for ₹218 crore, which was subscribed 125.16 times overall, with proceeds earmarked for working capital and capital expenditure. Shah Investor's Home raised around ₹90 crore through an IPO that was subscribed 38.12 times, with the funds intended primarily for working capital requirements.
